WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:

• How does it all work? The store is divided into spaces, and the spaces are rented by individual dealers. Each dealer has a day in the week that they work the store.

• Allow yourself lots of time! The main floor of the main building has at least 13 rooms. And then upstairs there are more rooms of merchandise, and hallways, and all the way around the balcony… there’s wonderful things everywhere! Oh, and don’t forget the Annex… that’s the little building across the driveway. You didn’t miss that did you? There are six more rooms of wonderment in there.

• Bring cash! Yes, we do accept plastic, but as we all know, those credit cards charge fees... AND, cash/check purchases will usually get you a better deal on our in-store sale events! We have several sales throughout the year, usually centered around holidays/seasons. But each dealer may run their own sales and/or limited-time discounts. So keep an eye out for notices out on the sales floor too!

• When you find your treasure, PLEASE make sure right away that it has a price tag! If not, your cashier will need to know whose item it is, in order to get a price for you. So before you walk away from your treasure’s spot, take note of some other item on the same shelf or table… take a pic of the second item’s price tag if you can, or bring along the second item to the front desk.

• Want to see something in a locked case? The store phone number and the case-owner’s name or initials should be on a note on the case, so just call the front desk and let them know whereabouts in the store you are, and whose case it is. Someone will come and open it for you!

• We can get pretty busy sometimes! Our parking lot can fill up pretty fast on busy days, BUT the folks at Cole’s Tavern on the other side of Church Road are awesome, and it’s ok with them if you park over there, by the white barn. AND as most people don’t know, you can also park in the lot on Route 19, where the State Farm Insurance office is. You’ll see our big ANTIQUES flag, and there is a break in the hedges and a little set of steps. Just walk on over!

• We DO have a restroom… it’s in the Annex. 😉

• Have something to sell? We do buy items. If the Dealer of the Day isn’t interested in your items, photos of the items can be sent to a group text of all the dealers.

• You’ve found something you HAVE to have, but you’re still shopping… you don’t want to drop it, lose it, or set it down somewhere and forget it, do you? Just bring it to the front desk and “start a pile”!
