Get to know the hard-working folks who make WGS what it is…. Or, “Whose is this?”

  • Jim and Marianne Marino—The Marinos own the Wexford General Store Antiques Center, and they have since 1966. Their items will have “MM” on the tag, and they have many spaces for you to shop! Look for their items upstairs and downstairs in the main building as well as in the Annex. Here’s a hint; they have specializations with the book room and the vintage clothing room. And in the Annex, Marianne displays her own artwork in the small studio room beside the kitchen.

  • Twig & Berry Antiques—Josh and Shannon make up this team! You can find their items, marked “T&B”, in several places within the main building, upstairs and downstairs. T&B enjoy seeking out the odd, quirky, and obscure, so it’s always a lot of fun to browse their inventory!

  • M & J Antiques—This team is Melanie & Jim! Their tags are marked “M&J”, and they have two spaces: the center floor and adjacent wall at the bottom of the stairs, and the area directly at the top of the stairs and along the balcony.

  • Old Friends—As the saying goes, “The Best Antiques are Old Friends”. This long-standing team includes Sue & Clay, and Sue’s sister Carole. Their tags are marked “OF”. In the main building they have the second and third rooms back on the left, and they feature a lot of primitive and farmhouse-style items as well as a beautiful array of jewelry, china and glass. In the Annex, enter the first room to the left and you will find Clay’s specialty… impressive old tools and his unique hand-forged creations.

  • Silverman’s Antiques—Sue Silverman’s items will be marked “Sue”. She keeps a great variety of items in stock, but she specializes in high-end jewelry and decor. Sue has the first space on the right as you come in the store, and a room in the Annex.

  • Nancy—Items tagged “Nancy” can be found in several places. Nancy and her daughter Gail keep stock in the main building in the third “stall” on the right, as well as a section of the front display case. They also have a small room in the Annex, all the way in the back. Nancy always has some gorgeous and one-of-a-kind items!

  • C&J Antiques—Cindy & Jay have the very last room downstairs, on the left side of the building. Tagged “C&J”, they keep a wide variety of antique and vintage treasures in their stock, but check them out around Halloween for sure! It’s their fave and they go all out!

  • Fleur-de-Lis—Janet has the most amazing collections, from brass to stone to tiny oil paintings…She loves to seek out one-of-a-kinds and hard-to-finds. You can find her tags marked “FDL” or with a Fleur-de-Lis stamp, in either of her two rooms, one downstairs and one upstairs.

  • Independent Antiques—Tagged “INA”, Pete & Trish have a room in the center of the downstairs. They keep their space cozy and fresh with darling and whimsical items. Check them out!
